He began his career in some of London’s top integrated marketing agencies, working with major brands such as Nestlé, McCain, Shell, ExxonMobil, Lloyds TSB, Santander, SMA Nutrition and AXA UK.
He then moved client-side, taking on senior marketing roles at AXA UK and wealth management firm Brewin Dolphin before becoming Director of Brand at RNIB (The Royal National Institute of Blind People).
At RNIB, Martin led a large marketing team, spearheaded a full rebrand, and developed a series of integrated and above-the-line campaigns that reshaped public perceptions of sight loss. His work earned prestigious industry recognition, including awards from British Arrows, DMAs, The Marketing Society, an ARIA, and a coveted Cannes Lion.
Now, as a consultant, Martin leverages his broad expertise and multi-sector experience to help charities and corporate organisations achieve their goals through impactful marketing strategies and by building high-performing teams.
